“The staff was nice. The prices were good. The bathrooms are not clean. The fry old was bad. The fried shrimp and French fries are apparently all cooked together in oil that tasts like Ivory bar soap.

This is store is not a good representation of the chain. The Cicero location was much cleaner and better tasting fried items.“

“We move to this area a few months ago and drove by the country cottage many times and we finally decided to try the breakfast. It was outstanding! The wait time was very short even when it was busy. The waitresses were very good and the food is awesome! The country cottage is definitely our new go to for breakfast! We've enjoyed the breakfasts here many times and each time it's outstanding! Very highly recommend!!“

“We were searching for a homestyle diner and this did not disappoint ! Might have had the best breakfast I've ever had in my life. “We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“It's a diner with diner food and service. It was actually very well cooked food and friendly attentive service.
The place is well used but remember it's a diner not mid class Steakhouse or Spaghetti house.
The wait staff was constantly topping off our coffees and sodas. (Personnally, I feel like she worked harder for tip than lots of higher priced places that just throw the food down and run away. ($20 for a $47 food bill) )
We even had a great friendly conversation with the owner.
