However, consistency with orders remains an issue, with mistakes happening regularly, including errors with breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Despite this, the Double Double remains a consistent favorite. The atmosphere can be pleasant, as one guest enjoyed a hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich during a quiet visit, noting the clean and non-sticky tables and friendly cashier who provided jelly when asked. On the downside, service can be slow, and signage inside can be confusing, with the pickup area near the entrance and the order station on the opposite end, causing congestion as customers tend to gather at the pickup side. The staff are engaging and willing to help, and offers to consolidate gift cards are appreciated.
