Tim Hortons is a welcoming spot where staff are friendly and make an effort to please. Fresh lemons are available for iced tea, a rare perk. However, consistency with orders is an issue, with mistakes happening regularly, including errors with breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Despite this, the Double Double remains a consistent favorite. On the plus side, staff are engaging and willing to help, and offers to consolidate gift cards are a nice touch.
