“Been coming here for a few years and I love the tacos at this restaurant in a grocery store. If you’re looking for a trendy, hipster taco spot like in Williamsburg, Brooklyn this isn’t for you. Here you will find a hard working, family owned and run establishment that really cares for the food that is made, along with locals that are really happy to have a place like this for after work meals and shopping convenience.

I usually get the 3 taco platter, with your choice of meat, that comes with rice and black beans. My favorites being chorizo and carne asada tacos loaded with pico de gallo, limes, homemade salsa verde and freshly cut radishes. Wash it down with a Jarrito and sometimes, if I have room for dessert, a freshly cut slice of flan.

Very happy that this place is located on the way to Kent, CT which is where we go to spend some of our weekends. Service is friendly and on point. They will always have my business!”

“I don't know how it is there now but back in the spring and summer of 1973 I was in my late teen's and my friends and I use to go there for drinks and a pizza while relaxing out in the back room 'Porch' overlooking the river. We all felt so comfortable and welcomed there. Some of my fondness memories were there. So yes based on those memories I say yes in a heartbeat”

“I have been ordering from Vinny for years now. I lived in California, and now in North Carolina. Vinny's Marinara sauce is so good I have been having it shipped to me for years. There is no sauce that holds a candle to this. You can't buy anything remotely close to the sauce! And as always, it is a pleasure speaking to Vinny when I order. I just wish I lived close enough to get his food!!!!”

“Had been looking for a good and more authentic mexican/latin restaurant being that I'm Mexican. Main street Cafe exceeded expectations. The food is delicious, the fresh made tortillas are exquisite, the beans and chorizo taste like in Mexico! Extensive dish selection and if something is not in the menu, the gracious staff accommodates and prepares. Highly recommend this restaurant! Can't beat the prices for the delicious and authentic food! Bravo!”

“I am an eggplant snob! I order it every Italian restaurant I attend. I have only enjoyed it at one other restaurant, Coppollas in Hyde Park until Raymees. The owner said I was going to love it and boy was he right!!!! It was exactly like I love it!! It was wet, lots of sauce and cheese and not loaded with bread crumbs. BUT I was most impressed by the very large portion and side of salad, garlic knots and pasta! I highly recommend you try Raymees! I doubt you will be disappointed!!!! I would give 10 ⭐️”

“I love Daryl Hall and his restaurant did not disappoint. Wonderful atmosphere(we came early, did not want the loud music after 8). Great cocktail (Daryl’s smoky Manhattan) and the Moroccan Lamb was superb.”

“Stopped in here for a quick bite on our way from PA to Massachusetts. The outside looked questionable but inside was a great atmosphere and the food was amazing. Glad we made the stop and might consider stopping again on the way home!”

“No rating today. The waitress, that took care of me, 2x’s, I was there.
I had the porter house with eggs and then a New York Strip, with an omelette. Perfect. Today, the cook, was off his game and served me, the worst NYS, I have ever had. 3 cuts and done. There were 3 over easy eggs, I did not order. I ordered 3 egg/cheddar omelette. So, unfortunately I sent it back. She brought me the omelette and no steak. I’m looking at a place to live, down the road. I hope this never happens again. The prices are great. The coffee is great. The cook is good but today was not a good day. Anyway, let’s hope for the best. The skinny waitress, is my favorite.
I will still give it a 5 because today was a Flook.”

“My kids love pizza but being originally from the Bronx we’re very picky about our pizza. Due to some health issues I have to limit carbs so I’ve been trying to find pizza with cauliflower crust. Mima’s offers a delicious cauliflower crust. I had a margarita pizza on a cauliflower crust. My kids had a hamburger, buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni pizza the last time we went. We’ve been here a few times and they like to try something different each time. The menu is pretty extensive and has a lot of great options. We’ll be back.”
