“I live near Red Rocks in Colorado which is arguably the best place to see a concert. That said so my husband and my favorite band at Daryl's house on Sunday night and the sound was the best I've ever heard them in 30 years. What a cool venue. Great food, really good service and just a super fun atmosphere. If you have the opportunity to go..GO! Make the trip. You will not be disappointed“

“Took my in-laws out for dinner tonight. Two of us had the Beef Stroganoff.. and two of us had the filet mignon. The food was absolutely delicious, made to perfection, and food prices were fair ! ZERO complaints on the food... But now the bill comes. $14 (x7) for a shot of Don Julio Tequila? I almost fell over. That's simply ridiculous! Every bar/restaurant within a 50 mile radius gets $6-$7 per shot MAX! We're not in NYC .... I learned a valuable lesson tonight..... IF we return to Noochs for dinner, I'll drink water with a splash of lemon....“

“We visited this place several years ago when visiting Kent. We were back in the area and remembered where it was and stopped for breakfast. It did not disappoint. The service was very attentive with multiple staff members interacting with us, the portions were more than ample, and the quality was great. Very fresh. I had the 1-2-3 (1 French toast, 2 pancakes, 3 eggs & 3 large strips of bacon). My husband had the Western 3 egg omelet loaded with veggies along with whole wheat toast. He gave me a little help finishing my order. The prices were far more reasonable than those found in our area of southern CT. The atmosphere is welcoming, but it isn't an upscale decor which wouldn't be expected in this type of establishment, hence the 3 stars.“

“La Guadalupana Mini Market 2 is a small, no-frills place, but it’s got charm. They carry a few Latin grocery staples, which is great if you're looking for something different in Pawling.

The people there are always super friendly, and the food while more Guatemalan than Mexican is pretty tasty. I’ve had some really good meals here, but I’ll be honest: it’s not always consistent. I think it depends on who’s cooking that day. Still, for a town that doesn’t have a ton of variety, it’s a solid option.

I’d give the food a 6 or 7 out of 10. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and craving something different.“

“Always tricky to please everyone, but the order for seven people I picked up at Kai’s last night contained fresh, delicious and varied dishes my family raved about. Great sauces in the beef, chicken and vegetables options. The wonton soup broth was tasty and not too salty. Scallion pancakes were a crispy treat. All dishes were reasonably priced. Service was excellent. Thank you, Kai!“

“Generally a very good meal. Food was delivered quickly and was generally very tasty. My only complaints were that the steak I ordered medium rare was very tough and closer to well done, and when we asked to order desert we waited almost 20 minutes before the waitress returned to take the order. The restaurant had become very busy by that point however so I was content to wait.

Overall I still highly recommend this restaurant and will be sure to return.“

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The service was friendly, the food was 10/10. We ordered mussels and smoked salmon to start- both had amazing flavor and tasted fresh. If fish isn’t fresh I can’t eat it and both were absolutely perfect. For dinner, we had the duck breast and rack of lamb. Both were generous portions, cooked to perfection in delicious sauces. Everything came out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. The hostess (we have heard this may be the owners wife?) was friendly and appreciative of every compliment we gave. We will most definitely be coming back and are excited to try more!“
