This used to be a Reserve location, but I guess it got downgraded. The service is the main problem here. The staff is very reluctant to allow you to bring your own mug. The barista initially declined, but then made a face and didn't want to touch my mug because he's afraid of germs. I had to put my mug in some odd looking container while the rest of the staff filled up the regular cups before me. I ended up waiting longer than everyone else and was treated like...
