Just last night made the mistake of ordering their “Irish Special”…yes, corned beef, boiled potatoes, cabbage, etc.
In a word - uneatable.
The stringy strands of “corned beef” looked more like dirty red shoelaces and were comparable in taste to dog food.
Bad from the start (as corned beef, as every 10 year old knows should be cut against the grain) I called for the manager.
A youngish man arrived and upon hearing my complaint, stated that’s the way the chef serves it, with an insouciant attitude that came off to everyone at the table as rude.
He did not offer to make it right or ask me if I preferred something else, but instead came back at the end of our dinner and offered a dessert on the house.
Should have skipped that too as it was stale, strore-bought carrot cake with thick, sickly sweet icing.
As for the ambiance: noisy when compared with the subway or an airport runway.
My advice - avoid. There are so many better places in Woodstock you’d be better off walking into any one at random and you’ll do better than Pearl Moon.

AMAZING FOOD!!! FABULOUS STAFF!!! The owner(s) definitely knew what they were doing because, apparently, they were able to get some of our favorite cooks and staff from the area to "shift" over to their restaurant, then fill the rest with the best. Both of the bands we saw there were great. Funk/rock/dance (super fun and entertaining) on Saturday night then snazzy jazz for Sunday brunch... This new(ish?) Woodstock installment is definitely here to stay. Don't skip on it. You WILL be pleased. P.S.
Update 3/1/25: No change. Still love it all!!!

I found this place to be overhyped and overpriced. I decided to visit after seeing the high Google ratings but was quite disappointed. The mushroom omelet was decent, but the hash browns and salad were below average.
There was live music that day, and I was looking forward to enjoying it. However, our waitress seated us in a hidden back room with no view of the performance. When I requested a table in the front, where several empty tables were visible, I was told they were all reserved. Despite this, those tables remained unoccupied throughout our visit, making it clear that accommodations could have been made.Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling a bit overlooked, as it seemed there was a preference in seating arrangements. I believe they could enhance the experience by being more accommodating and ensuring all guests feel equally welcomed and valued.

We have wanted to try this since it opened and finally went on Valentine’s Day. They had a live band and sat just past the bar. The drinks food and service were spot on. I had the Clam chowder and was the best I have ever had. I had the Pappardelle Bolognese and my wife had the pesto chicken sandwich with hand cut fries. For dessert we had the soufflé and carrot cake. From start to finish it was great and will be back to dine outside.

Very great experience! Went to visit Woodstock for the day and ended up here for dinner, made a great choice! Got some specials on the menu and was very pleased from the appetizers to the main entire to the dessert! The drinks were also very fresh and tasty. Staff were extremely attentive and music was bumping! If back in town I will definitely be stopping by and so should you!

I showed up with another person at 4:15 to eat dinner. There was no one seated at any of the tables at all but a couple at the bar. The bartender looked at us and kept looking back at what looked like the Maître d who was arranging glassware on a long table. When he didn’t stop what he was doing to seat us. The bartender started to come over but then hurriedly and with obvious irritation that he was interrupted from setting a table finally came over and the first thing he said looking flustered and annoyed was “we aren’t serving dinner yet and we have a lot of reservations” when I asked to see the dinner menu to decide if I was going to wait the 45 minutes for dinner he rolled his eyes at me but begrudgingly handed me both menus. Sadly I have no review for food bc at this point I left. I can tell you I wanted dinner. Honestly, If we can’t be seated or served because we didn’t come at the right time (not listed on Google by the way) that’s fine. We can go with Grace as there are a lot of places to eat in Woodstock. What you are not going to do is be rude simply because you are annoyed that I had the audacity to ask questions. I left quietly. I’m not going to entertain this. Please learn how to talk to people nicer. This is food SERVICE.

I have been here about 5 times over the last few years and the food has been great everytime. I enjoy the portion sizes, enough to satisfy but not too much where you are taking a bunch of left overs home. Smaller menu so check before you go. Cocktails are good if you drink alcohol and if not their non alcoholic cocktails are great as well.
It's a spacious restaurant and there's a stage where live music is held on certain dates. Cozy ambiance, great for a special occasion or a casual dinner date. There is a parking lot next to the restaurant and wheelchair accessible entry. Worth a visit if in the Woodstock area, you are likely to be satisfied with the experience.

Ordered Michelada for drinks, it was good! For food, I ordered veggie pita from lunch menu, it was healthy: made of whole wheat pita, avocado, cucumber, etc. I ordered with a side of fries. My partner ordered breakfast with side of salad and toast. Salad had balsamic vinegar drizzle so it tasted a little sweet, but good. Toast was nice too. Everything tasted good. Would love to visit again.
