We usually have a good experience here. However my husband came by yesterday afternoon around 4pm. He ordered two iced chai’s with caramel and cold foam, and paid about 5 dollars for the extra stuff.
He walks in and sees our drinks sitting at pickup but there was no cold foam or caramel in either one. He said the staff was talking and did not notice him standing there for a few minutes.

The baristas are so friendly and welcoming! Very hygienic and a well taken care of location.
The drive threw moves really slow not sure if they dont have enough people during the day making drinks but I sat on the drive thru for one tea for 20 mins....add more people to make the beverages cause that seems to be the hold up. There should be enough people to make drinks whatever set up they have is not working

Starbucks Coffee Company is a much-appreciated location in an area where availability is a bit sparse. The store is clean inside with ample seating, including outdoor seating. Many customers find it to be a great go-to spot. The staff is consistently welcoming, pleasant, and cool, even when juggling a lot during busy mornings and rushes. They work hard to keep things moving and get orders out quickly. Service is friendly, and they correct orders with a smile.
The organization at pick-up is awesome, with finished orders placed neatly and alphabetically on the counter. They have screens that show customer names and order status, which is unique and helpful for checking progress. For mobile orders, the expected time range the app gives is pretty accurate.
However, some mistakes happen, such as a disappointing short cortado that was off, requiring extra payment for a desired taste. Consistency matters. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the whole area stinks due to the service, which is awful, and better service is unavailable. Despite busy times and occasional waits, many customers have a good experience and would recommend this spot any time.
