Customers beware when ordering via the application. If the restaurant doesn't have an item you ordered, you will be out of whatever you paid, because the restaurant claims they can't refund it. No wonder they don't have a direct customer service number. BK is always promoting to order from the app. This might be the reason, once you pay you just because a victim of their scam. Prices higher and higher
This location is very nice and clean with excellent staff providing great customer service over the phone and in person making good customers want to return back!
HERE'S MY MAJOR CRITICISM:
