Everything is good here, seems relatively understaffed at times, but would recommend definitely better than the other overpriced crap in Whitestone, especially the guido espresso bar around the corner that charges 10 dollars for a quad espresso. 🇬🇷“

“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “Excellent delicious , a nice variety of coffees — and lovely customer service. You will never need to go back to over-priced, poor quality “ premium” coffees again( yes, I’m looking at you, Starbucks) If you like your brew enough to pay extra for it, this is a great find.I just noticed some poor reviews - I’m not sure you should expect employees at a shop (so-called “baristas”) to be expert or to make invented coffee drinks to your (or any) taste.. I don’t expect a modestly paid part-time to know much or make a “specialty drink.” To quote Quentin Tarantino, “ I buy the god stuff. ‘ Cause I want t taste it” If your “drink” is terrible, send it back.“

“My new favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. James, who owns and operates the shop, is very friendly and pulls an incredibly smooth espresso shot. His cortados and cappuccinos are top notch and the beans are high quality. The inside is cute with chill vibes. A nice antidote to the many venture capital backed chains that dot Manhattan. A true neighborhood gem.“

“My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“
