“I was hungry and wanted a burger, nuggets and fries. When I was placing mobile order, I thought I am spending too much for lunch so, I just ordered Burger and 4 piece Nuggets. But I actually wanted fries too. I picked up, came to my car and checked, I saw my burger plus 7 piece nuggets and a large fries too. It’s not a big deal but that small gesture made me incredibly happy. And I kept wondering how he knew I actually wanted fries too. Anyway, meant a lot. Thank you brother.

Besides that, I love this Wendy’s. Always nice and clean, very nice people (an understatement). When I bring my 5 year old boy to this place, a staff gives him some toys or coloring stuffs. Food is always good. Best ever experience among any fast food restaurants around. I wish I could give this place 100 stars.“

“Look, it's a commercial fast food place, so it's difficult to get excited. I gave it 5 stars because it's good for what it is. I recognize the same staff working there for over a year, and they do a competent job. Therefore, they get a good review.

There is a decently-sized parking lot whether you want to eat-in or grab-and-go. Alternatively, you can easily go through the drive-through. Either way, the food is prepared quickly and you can be on your way.

The service is quick and friendly. The food lives up to the Taco Bell standard.“

“This restaurant is rather small but clean and well maintained. Ordering from the kiosk was easy and user friendly. You are able to customize your order on the kiosk and when done payment is easily done through Apple pay or a credit or debit card.
You don't have to stand at the counter until your number comes up - the food is brought to your table. The tray the food came on however, did not include napkins, straws or ketchup so you have to fetch these yourself.
A common complaint these days and not really due to anything McDonalds does, is that the food is too costly. In fact, if you customize your order, you get nicked for added charges for things that used to be free. Items like extra pickles or lettuce costs you another 25 cents.
One benefit of a special order, however, is that the food is made fresh - the burgers and fries I ordered were excellent.
At least they don't charge you for seating.“

It is always crowded since it is near I-87 and the Empire City Casino! Chicken and Fries are always on point! This is a very direct and easy place to order so grab an order if you are near by!“

“My boyfriend and I had a Great experience here. The guy in the front who took our order was very nice. He gave us a variety of sauces and explained the new one to us too. “Emmanuel and his staff are the pinnacle of excellence. Always polite and respectful, energy is always positive, and they treat their customers like human beings. They don’t seem bothered to be there and they’re glad you stopped by. In repetitive conversation (that comes along with multiple visits), you see they are exceptional human beings. The service is top notch and the food is great, always fresh. Clean store too. If this location isn’t his/theirs, I hope they franchise their own location soon. They deserve that and more.“
