Subway in Yonkers

“Emmanuel and his staff are the pinnacle of excellence. Always polite and respectful, energy is always positive, and they treat their customers like human beings. They don’t seem bothered to be there and they’re glad you stopped by. In repetitive conversation (that comes along with multiple visits), you see they are exceptional human beings. The service is top notch and the food is great, always fresh. Clean store too. If this location isn’t his/theirs, I hope they franchise their own location soon. They deserve that and more.“

“This subway is the best subway I have ever been to in New York. You got to come to this one. Its clean and the manager Micheal is the best. He makes your sandwiches just like you asked him to or want it to be. Fresh food and no complaining from them if you ask to add more to your sandwiches like the other subways do that are stingy. “Crystal is a true leader and customer experience ChAMPION! Ordering online was challenge. I was ordering for 14 people.. I called the location for help. The man that answered offered me his bosses cell number as my order was to BIG to take during the “lunch rush” hour . I was placed on hold and Crystal joined the call. She offered solutions, looked for ways to help and most importantly was able to complete my order with a smile. The team of people working when I arrived were all very nice and asked Crystal how they can help with the large order. I was very satisfied with the service and treatment at the Subway. “The staff is friendly but it appears understaffed, which can cause long lines. I saw the food prepared in front of me and freshness wasn't an issue. The prices are reasonable. This is not fancy eating; if you need food in your stomach and don't care for flair then stop by here.“
