“I love this spot because not only because the food is accurate every time (and yummy) but because of the workers there. They are so nice!!! I would have given 5 stars but they do not open at 830am like this says(or their door) they always seem to open by 10am. No complaints just would like that to be updated if its not accurate. Please update the sign, its clearly causing people to get mad in your reviews and is affecting your rating.Vegetarian options: Very minimum though“
“The workers are really nice, most of them wait for you to leave and com back it's awesome, they don't care if your a kid and I think they are way nicer to kids by setting an example of how food services should be. The food is really amazing and I love coming back to eat it, the different varieties to pick from is really good because everyone deserves a chance to customize their own meals try out new ones and figure out what they like the best.“
“There's usually only one person in here whenever I visit, but he's nice and does the best he can when there are a lot of people ordering at one time. I tend to order chicken teriyaki or tuna and I have had a good experience on each visit. The counter is clean and the person working there is attentive and efficient.“

“Wow, I am impressed by this Starbucks. Despite the long line of orders, these baristas really had their act together making quality drinks with efficiency. I was really surprised to find out this had such a poor rating because this was a great Starbucks (perhaps they got their act together or these reviews were one-offs). I recently visited the Fordham campus (located right across the street) and needed a drink before getting on the metro north train stop (also across the street). There was plenty of seating available, and the store was nice and clean. The service was nice and helpful. As stated before they were very fast with taking my order and making it. I got an iced matcha latte with soymilk. At this located they used a shaker for my matcha, eliminating almost every clump, something I really appreciated. Overall, I recommend this Starbucks for everyone and disagree with this stores average rating.“
“I went to buy a sandwich today at the Subways located on Prospect Ave in the Bronx and the person taking care of my order named Rashid was very attentive and pleasant. Told me about the daily store specials and took my order and made it to perfection. Will be coming back more often to that location.“
“THEY ALLOW COUPONS THROUGH THE APP!Hello! I am here to share some good news. I saw one of the reviews said they don’t accept coupons and they don’t! Which why I give it 4/5 stars!But if you are planning on buying with a card anyways I would recommend getting the app and do an order to pick up! There you are allowed to put in your coupon code and get the discount you want!I figured this out when the mean man behind the counter yelled at my brother telling him he doesn’t accept coupons but before we even got there I made sure I was able to order with a coupon through the app and I was!Just wanted to share that advice since we are all struggling with income out here and it’s just not fair. I hope I was helpful!“
“I came in to order the Italian BMT. To drink I had a water. As for the food and drink, I had a positive experience. However, I am very concerned about the language barrier and staff members working at this branch. due to my blindness,I proceeded to ask the gentlemen to restate all the items put in the sandwich before I proceeded to check out. He had lots of trouble understanding my question. We went in circles for about five minutes. He even told me I was wasting his time.Although he finally understood, I am still concerned about future customers coming into the establishment and having to go through this experience. I certainly hope that they can hire more staff membersWho are more familiar with the English language. Thank you!“
“Great place to eat a subway. I always get the Chicken teriyaki, It was really fresh when they opened but after a while the quality has been getting worse. I feel like it is old chicken and it doesn't feel like teriyaki but overall it is a nice place to eat. Cheers.“
“After going to another Subway and asking if they honored their coupons and receiving rude service, I went to this one. It was clean, the person was polite and they honored their coupons. I should've gone there in the first place. I'll be back!“
“I've only had positive experiences at this Riverdale location. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. Bread is fresh and meats/veggies are well stocked. There are plenty of tables if you'd like to "dine in." I avoid the other Riverdale Subway locations at all costs but love this one.“
“Stopped by and tried the carnitas bowl for the first time and it was delicious. Ordered it with mild and medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and guacamole. The staff behind the counter were great and will make your order just to your liking. Their logistics management is impressive. Once you reach the front of the line you simply let the crew member know what you'd like and the person next to him will begin preparing your meal right away. Once they are done they will move your order down the line where the person behind the register will ring you up. That allows you to receive your food quickly. The store is clean and the workers wear protective plastic gloves. Your receipt will include a bathroom code that allows you to use the restroom. It also includes an online link where you can provide feedback about your transaction. Prices can be more expensive than neighboring stores but they use quality ingredients with no additives or preservatives.“
“I could never give this subway a bad review. I have been going here my whole life and know the guy very well. He's amazing and so is a everyone else. They all know my order as soon as I walk in. Mad minor issues in the past but easily resolved. Food is always great.“
“Came by here early in the morning for their breakfast deal. The place is mopped and kept well clean. My sandwich maker today was a young woman, she was polite and fast with her hands, able to make 2 and even 3 sandwiches to keep up with the line of patrons that crowd into this small store location. Today I ordered a foot long breakfast flatbread sandwich. I custom ordered it with two pan fried slices of eggs, Provolone cheese, onions, and olives and topped that with a little Ranch sauce. I also ordered a large Iced Tea along with my sandwich. Perfect start to a Saturday morning :)“
“Best Subway shop in the area. They're friendly, courteous and create beautiful sandwiches that look as nice as the photos. I place my orders online which come out perfectly and are ready when promised. Avoid the 1957 Westchester Ave location as they get the exact opposite review of this store.“
“When I wanna cut back on greasy food Subway is where I go. I stick to the regular, turkey and cheese, it's kinda my thing. Their cookies are delicious, they always go good with more. I would've given it five stars, but they don't serve my favorite beverage, Mountain Dew, but it's okay I'm still a fan of Subways.“

“I only go here for their cookies. Customer service is lacking I guess because I only come for cookies but I'm still a customer. For a prime location they don't get much customers. Sometimes there is a reason why customers don't go to places. Just saying.“
“Very fresh products but I notice most of the Subways withhold 1 slice of meat,people there are 8 slices of meat on a footlong and I always catch them putting only 7 so I say something and they always correct it. Count your slices when they make your sandwich 👌“
“Going to a Subway in the Bronx… you never know what kinda experience you’re going to receive… but this Subway is top notch, the staff there are always very friendly, I go there almost everyday and pick up lunch and they always know my order.. they always take great care preparing my sandwiches.. it’s always clean, food is always fresh. As long as I am still in the Bronx, they’ll have a forever customer in me.“
