The worst subways ever, If I could give them a zero I would they never participate in any promotions they never take any coupons because they’re scanner never ever works. Customer service sucks corporate needs to come check it out!!! Today was free 6 inch sandwich from their new menu and they said they don’t participate in that !
I need the store manager or someone in management to contact me. Disrespect and having the phone up on me multiple times is not what the subway brand is all about. When i think of subway i do not think of anger or disrespect. I think of fresh food i can choose when I’m hungry. I have never been disrespected like this or talked to like this.
