Subway is a restaurant where customers can order and customize their meals. While some may find the staff to be slightly rude, others appreciate the workers' kindness, especially towards children. However, there have been instances where orders placed ahead were not prepared until the customer's arrival, which can be inconvenient for those with limited time for lunch. The food variety is a positive aspect, allowing customers to try new options and personalize their meals.
