Took my boyfriend here for Nurses Week and it was his first time there and definitely did not disappoint. The interior was beautiful, everything was spotless, and the service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. We ordered the tuna tartar to start and it was delicious. Hudson Valley Steakhouse is a bit of a hidden gem just outside the city — an easy four-star experience. It’s not flashy, but it has a unique charm, with an open space thoughtfully divided by curtains that gives it a cozy, semi-private feel.
