LaCole took on my New Year's Day luncheon with very limited notice from me. However, even with the short time to prepare, she knocked it out the park. She had a menu for me within hours, very professionally put together.
On the day of, she came in plenty of time to setup...and The FOOD was beyond my expectations. My guest raved about evey dish. LaCole is top tier and I am grateful to have a Chef and Caterer like her to call on!
