Open up the order to find a half eaten bowl. Tried to call the store and got caught in automated phone system hell. My wife is heading to the store now to hopefully get it corrected.

this is the worse Chipotle I have ever had food from. we have been there twice in 2 weeks and both times our food was cold, like sat in the cooler cold. we put in microwave hoping to make it edible, which made the sour cream and lettuce nasty. tried to contact them was told to go online and do chat. I did this, ask to have someone call me and was told they would email me. I have not yet received an email from them. doing everything through chat with a robot is not good customer...read full review
Service was fast and friendly. They are a new chain so I know they are going to be learning and growing. I appreciate the hard work from all the staff
