Rally's can offer a quick lunch option, though the drive-thru can get busy. The food is generally hot and made well, with some customers praising the location as one of the best. Many enjoy the greasy big food, especially the double spicy chicken, which is noted as soft and fresh. Burgers and loaded fries are also well-received, and while it may take a minute to get food, the wait is often worth it, typically under 10 minutes. Wheelchair accessibility at the window is lacking. Deals can be hit or miss, but the food quality remains consistent. Customer service has been improving, with some employees, like Katie, receiving compliments for their helpfulness and politeness. There is a limited number of Rally's locations, making this a valuable option for those in the area.
