I ordered a 10 oz sirloin tonight and it was cooked exactly medium rare as I ordered Very tender and melted in my mouth. One of the best steaks I've ever had. I can't remember the last time I've been served a steak this amazing anywhere else.
New owner & management have it dialed in.
