I sadly do not know his name but he was working the drive thru window on Wednesday 12/23. I also visited this location a few weeks before & the same guy was working the window. Young, dark hair & VERY friendly! His customer service skills are excellent, he was quick & even the second time my drink was iced & not hot he quickly made it right.
