I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years at least weekly. They made a mistake with my sandwich on May 31. I called and complained and they said that they would remake the sandwich when I came in. I come in today to get my sandwich and the manager on duty tells me that he can’t find my name and there’s nothing he can do. Placed a very large group order on 11/1. 23 subs, pickles and a cookie. Nothing was missing or wrong. Food was amazing, individually wrapped and names on each sub. The delivery driver was so professional and polite. Highly recommend this store!
