“I've been to this location many times and have always loved it. Unfortunately, I went on Tuesday and had a bad experience. My brother, husband, and I went for dinner. There was a waiter who was obviously new to his position and English isn't his first language. He tried so hard, but kept coming back because he didn't understand the customization on my husband's order. There were four people working in the kitchen, and we were the only table, but no one thought to come up and try to help to understand, instead you could just hear them be frustrated every time he went back to re-explain. He was working so hard as well being the only one cleaning up the dining room. He was taking out the trash, cleaning the floors, etc.

Our food ended up coming and my tilapia was overcooked around the edges, but tasted a bit undercooked. I ended up cutting it in half and it was actually partially raw, as you can see from the picture. I sent it back, thinking they would finish cooking it and give it back, but it never came. My brother, who i was eating with, asked the waiter, who told us they removed it from our bill, but didn't say anything else until we pressed. He then said that they threw it out and i wasn't getting a replacement meal. I hadn't even touched my rice yet. He asked if I wanted to order something else, but I took a glance at the kitchen and decided against it. We stopped by the drive through at McDonald's so I could get fries instead.“

“I moved from LA to Akron and this place is better than any middle eastern market in LA even. It's exceptional, from the selection and variety of products to the delicious hot food to the warm welcoming service. The beef shawerma wrap tastes like the ones in Lebanon and is hands down my favorite sandwich out there. What a gem in the area and a treat to have such a wonderful place in the Akron area. “Been going to this Euro Gyro for over 4 years! This place is very clean and the people who work there are nice. I cannot tell you how many times I been there but over 4 years they only got my order wrong once then when I went back in and told them it wasn't no big deal and they had no problem making things right! How many other places can you go to that get's the order right 99% of the time? not many if you ask me. I highly recommend the philly steak sub a personal favorite of mine but whatever you choose I don't think you'll be disappointed“
