Received a text saying order was out for delivery at 645
715 still no delivery. Called the location. Spoke with female manager. She stated she would call driver, but probably just “running behind”
745 still no delivery. Called back the manager answered she said her delivery driver saw someone take food inside. I stated the food had to be delivered to the wrong house. She stated she only believes her delivery driver “he’s a good kid”....read full review
Ordered on web, they charged card, went to pick up food NOBODY THERE. Store locked down. Over a week later still no refund OR contact from store "leadership" despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, store phone & pizza hotline.
Save yourself the hassle- go elsewhere.
absolutely awful service ordered online. driver left it at front door. didnt know it was there mo one knocked kept checking my order status said it's out for delivery. called after 1 hour and they said theres no order in the system for me. 9ffered no help no solutions. I paid for it. it cleared where's my food? it was on the front door freezing cold in the snow. the woman was insanely food and not helpful at all. my job is in customer service. when we ask what to do next dont...read full review
