Went here sunday night. Hours stat open till 9. Girl at the counter with a hog ring in her nose, was not friendly at all. We nearly done eating our ice cream which is not as good as it used to be at 8:54 pm when she stated to us that WE ARE CLOSED SO YOU NEED TO GO OUT THE SIDE DOOR. We were like ..... ok... The spoons are so chinsey that you can barely get your ice cream out of the cup without snapping them off... We used to visit this location about once per week. After my getting...
Always a good experience and great ice cream! My family went last night and they were very busy. Our order somehow got misplaced and the lady caught it pretty quickly asking what we had ordered. We didn’t have to wait all that long even with that happening, but she apologized and gave us a gift card towards our next visit. Excellent customer service!
We love Almost Heaven! Their seasonal flavors are always so fun, we look forward to the brown butter graham in the fall, and the grinch cone in the winter!! Their waffle cones are fantastic, this is a great spot for family and friends to hang out, and enjoy some really good ice cream.
