I have been there 2 times and the food is always cold so I will drive to Canton because there i get hit food
took my father in law today as he has NEVER been to chick fil a! He absolutely loved it and this will probably be a weekly lunch for him and I! always has been my favorite! Great food always fresh and hot and customer service is top notch! our cashier was being trained and the manager was great with her explaining everything and very kind! keep up the great work! we will be back!

The Chick-fil-A in Alliance is a great restaurant with awesome and top-notch food. The chicken strips are delicious with delicious breading, and the waffle fries are pretty good. The Chick-fil-A sauce is amazeballs. Specific meals like the bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuit are loved. The restaurant is spotless, clean, organized, and very welcoming with great decorations. The atmosphere is wonderful, community friendly, and welcoming with events for all ages, games, and a coloring station.
The staff is very friendly, super nice, helpful, and efficient. The team works hard, greeting customers immediately with a smile and a friendly “it was my pleasure.” They are accommodating, quick to help, answer questions, and anticipate needs like refilling drinks. The owners are very friendly and care about the customers. The experience is wonderful in every possible way. Many customers highly recommend visiting for a great meal along with great service and look forward to many more meals and events.
