10/13/25 we stopped on the way home to get dinner. Ordered online went inside to pick up. Almost fell coming back outside because their entrance way is uneven. Other than that the chicken, mashed potatoes gravy and coleslaw were amazing. But they SERIOUSLY need to fix the parking lot and entrance way!!!

I'm pleasantly surprised with size of chicken you get with a classic or spicy chicken sandwich. In my opinion, KFC (at least this one in Alliance) ranks highest for fast food chicken sandwich.
I won't lie, I haven't had great experiences with their fries being super flimsy, and I've had poor quality/greasy chicken legs here in their bucket options. So now I completely avoid those. BUT that's just based on my experience. Overall, good...

After driving in from out of town to surprise my son for his 25th birthday, we had to very suddenly come up with a place to celebrate, (they're power went out), the manager graciously let us come in and set up with ZERO notice. Thank you so much to the KFC on E. State St. Alliance, Ohio.
