When it comes to McDonald’s - I can’t recommend a lot but there are a few things that I believe McDonald’s does have as opposed to other fast food chains.
#1 - 99.9% of McDonald’s locations do offer online ordering via a mobile app. It’s got tons of deals & specials. As of this writing - (May 2023) they have dealcalled “Fry-Day” where, on Fridays, you get a free fry with purchase of $1+. This is the ONLY McDonald's location I will patronize in the ALLIANCE AREA. In the drive-thru; staff is friendly, order is accurate, quick service, and food was hot/tasted good. Dining inside; slower service, accurate order, staff is more neutral, food is hot/tasted good, and dining area/restrooms are clean.
It's hit or miss here.
Skimpy toppings if they are added.
Some employees are really friendly... others seem unhappy abd oppressed. Some managers are stern and unapproachable.
Employees and managers need to smile and act like they care about their customers.

This McDonald's location features a play place for kids and offers fast food options, although limited for vegetarians. The restaurant has plenty of parking, is wheelchair accessible, and provides friendly service. The food is good, and the breakfast takeout remains popular. Customers appreciate the fresh food and pleasant servers, and the restaurant is kept clean. Staff are helpful, even in difficult situations like breakdowns in the drive-thru. French fries are always good, though some wish the Big and Tasty burger would return, as many enjoy it more than the Mcrib. The drive-thru experience can be quick and friendly, and overall, this McDonald's offers a positive dining experience with a fun play area, a nearby park to escape noise, and good service to keep customers coming back.
