I came through the drive thru this passed Tuesday and I was crying from the hell of a week I was having already and as I sat waiting for my order, the girls at the drive thru (I’m sorry I don’t know their names but one had very pretty multi-colored hair) came over and told me that everything was going to be okay and to keep my head up even though they had no idea what I was going through. Just quick stop to enjoy a good cup of coffee while out on a ride. Coffee was made exactly like I ordered. The crew staffing the store was busy, but still had time to smile and say hi. It was starting to rain, so finished the coffee and got on my way. As usual for Starbucks, the store was clean and all items for sale were displayed neatly and well organized. I really like this place, would like to stop again when I get down this way.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a consistently great experience for many customers. The drinks are always made well, taste great, and are fantastic. The employees are extremely nice and actually converse with customers. At some locations, specific baristas like Maddie, Hannah, Ayla, and Bella are described as super sweet, always smiling, and the best baristas around. However, other locations have horrible service. Staff can be slow, not very friendly, and sometimes talk and text on their phones instead of helping. One customer found the pineapple refresher to be ok, and the service was ok but kinda slow. Despite these issues, many customers recommend this Starbucks and say they do not disappoint. The experience is described as reliable, convenient, and enjoyable.
