So I’m not sure of the exact position of this person but I do know they are part of the management team and his name is Jimmy but I feel I need to make a review. Before I would have given this place 1 1/2 stars every day it was terribly ran and the people were incredibly rude and just couldn’t get a thing right. Dunkin donuts is not the same anymore stale coffee sometimes the donuts are good and sometimes they are not
