“So I’m not sure of the exact position of this person but I do know they are part of the management team and his name is Jimmy but I feel I need to make a review. Before I would have given this place 1 1/2 stars every day it was terribly ran and the people were incredibly rude and just couldn’t get a thing right. Since people like Jimmy have joined the team I have had a far much better experience. to be greeted in the morning by your name because they took the time to remember that, or just simply getting your order right at 5:30 in the morning makes a big difference. I just want to say thank you so much to Jimmy and his team and it really made a difference in how I feel about this Dunkin!“
