when someone asks for ketchup in the drive thru maybe put ketchup packs in the bag

Rude girl at the window. Practically threw the food at my wife. No eye contact. Did not say thanks, come back, have a good day… nothing. I know it’s hard to find help but when you hire maybe try to get people who give a crap… also are the sandwiches supposed to look like this?
