“Stopped by on my way to the Cincinnati Nature Center for volunteer work to grab a bite with my coffee. The glazed croissant was soft and tasted wonderful as it melted in my mouth. The staff were super nice and obviously knew their regular customers. I will be back.“

“Stopped in today at the Eastgate mall to get some shopping done and ordered a cinnamon roll on my way through. Talk about quality ?. Top notch customer service as well. They warmed my cinnamon roll and gave me some extra frosting on the side. I quickly shewed my husband and kids away so that I could fully enjoy it. I will be back.“
“Marcella’s has THE best donuts. There are three locations on the Eastside of Cincinnati. The main bakery is in Amelia, there’s another one in Eastgate, and the third one is on Clough Pike. They have a wide variety of delicious donuts, cronuts (a cross between a croissant and a donut), and my favorite…apple fritters! They open at 6am. Get there early!! The Amelia bakery opens at 6pm if you want to pick some up for the next morning!“
“I was under the impression this bakery was closed. I had never seen it open for business, But it's open 5:30 AM til noon. So yesterday I made a purchase. The pastries were delicious, the service was friendly, and I will be going back! There is a dine in area.“
“I came in to get a dip and pretzels for a snack and the gentleman with long gray hair and a beard was very unpleasant. I'm not sure if it's because he is just like that or has 0 customer service skills but he made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed.“

We had an unusual request for cookies shaped like horses and chef hats (related to nicknames for the bride and groom) and they even created a horse wearing a chef hat for our design. “Abby Girl has great coffee and good service. Hubby and I stop to grab a couple of coffees every time we shop at Jungle Jim's. We haven't tried their baked goods due to sugar/health issues, but we certainly enjoy their coffee! Be aware that there are two entrances. The outside entrance leads into a dining area where you can be seated. It does not have access into JJ's. The inside entrance (inside the doors of Jungle Jim's) does not allow you access to the dining area.“
“Love this location! I placed an online order this morning to pick up after work. I arrived an hour earlier than expected to pick it up and they were able to put it together for me. The workers are so friendly and brightened my bad day, they made me feel as though I had known them for years. Best place to get your treats & sweets!“

“Please don't listen to the 1 star reviews. Give Marcella's a chance. I have gone here a lot and have never had an issue. Always a new donut to try and the quality is top notch. You do spend more money here, but the extra money is worth it. This is a great place for a once in a while treat.
