Incompetent server. The ordering kiosk is the worst. No cheese option for whopper. The gal said just tell me, that’s how you get it. So we asked if we could just order with her. She said No, I can’t. Since no one was there except for one guy next to us who was also struggling with the kiosk, she could have come around to plug it in herself, but chose not to. service was incredibly slow. watched a cook wipe his gloves on his pants, TUCK HIS PANTS IN WITH HIS GLOVES ON!!!!! and then started cooking my burger WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. that’s actually soooooo heinous and disgusting.

My whopper was so salty i couldn’t even eat it. Paid $10 for large chicken fries and got nuggets instead. Very disappointed for $25

Burger King offers fine service, with staff who are not rude but may not always look enthusiastic. The food is decent, but some items may be prepared imperfectly, such as the croissan'wich which can be flat and fall apart. However, the restaurant is accommodating and willing to correct mistakes. Vegetarian options are available, including a Vegan burger and Vegan fries, although note that some items may be cooked on shared equipment. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
