Starbucks in Amherst

“This is my second SB stopped this morning. I stop once in Indiana on the turnpike and then this location. IN service was god awful and our drinks weren’t made correctly. Decided to stop again before getting off turnpike and ordered our usual drinks and egg bites and a wrap. I place a mobile order got in there to find 10 people waiting in line to order and about 6 waiting for previous orders and 3 mobile orders. The two ladies had a wonderful system and was working orders fast and doing them correctly. I did wait longer than my mobile order stated but I honestly don’t care when I see 2 people working alone and a floor full of people waiting!! It’s 11:15am on 12/1/24 and the two ladies working deserve so much praise!!!“

“This shop used to be awful! The last time I was in here, about six months ago, there were two female employees. One looked as if she smiled her face would fall off, she was short and rude and declined to make eye contact. While standing in line for my drink, the other one asked a customer, can I help you ma’am? He in no way resembled a woman! Work clothes, ball cap, short haircut. When he said yes his voice was male, but the girl never even noticed! No apologies. ***this time there were two of the sweetest young girls working. They made awesome drinks and fun conversation. It has greatly improved.

Dietary restrictions: The milk selection is great; they have everything! Plus all foods containing allergens are easy to identify.“

“literally always the sweetest baristas and my drink is made perfectly. today i’ve been super nervous since it’s my induction date, and wanted to treat myself to my favorite drink. not sure of her name, but the barista with beautiful curly red hair and glasses was SO kind and told me that i was very pretty and glowing. it made my WHOLE day— one of the very few starbucks locations that keep third place alive even while understaffed and during peak. thank you!!!!“
