“24May24: We arrived in time to be seated at the last available table. The small place was packed! Everyone was friendly and (Kathy?) took excellent care of us. Hubby had the Stuffed Shells, while I had the Linguini Mare E Monti. Both dishes included side salads and bread. Everything was delicious! The serving portions were perfect. The Wine list has extensive Italian selections. We enjoyed every bite and sip! On our way out, I took a moment to send a thankful blessing and blew a kiss to the owner-chef, Alessandro, who I made eye-contsct with. I think I put a smile on his face and hoped to warm his heart. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! We look forward to returning.“

“Was working around the place when I walked in accidentally 40 minutes before their opening time. They still served me. Friendly chitchat and they had me mess with the pinball machine on the house. Gyro is amazing (really delivered on the jumbo) and the fries are “

“We haven’t had a bad meal here to the spaghetti and meatballs, meat ravioli or cheese ravioli, calzone chicken parmesan, meatball sub and baked fish. My favorite part is dessert, the buckeye peanut butter pie is my absolute favorite, it is a nice big piece and it’s so amazing, it is also served with a free cup of coffee if you desire.“

“Oh man where do I begin!? 1st off they have a 6 page whiskey list. AN ACTUAL WHISKEY LIST! This was a pleasant surprise. 2nd, they make almost everything in house. Desserts, pasta, sauces, pierogies, meatballs, etc are all made on premise. The food is as incredible as you could imagine and the service is equally impressive. If you've never been here it's definitely worth the trip. This was our first time, but it won't be our last!“

“Of all the Chinese restaurants in the Ashtabula area, Moy's is by far the best tasting and best value. The meat used in their dishes (beef and chicken are what I have tried) is of a high quality and the portions are large. They do not skimp on the inclusion of their meats, but instead provide a higher ratio than any local competitors. The meal sizes in general are large and will set you up with leftovers. A person can have a meal and plenty of leftovers for $10 to $15. Great value!Something to note for anyone ordering for the first time is that you need to order rice separately. I found this out the hard way on a previous visit and I wanted to share with everyone here. And if you enjoy a kick of spice, just ask and he will turn up the heat (the Hot Mongolian Beef dish one of my go-to options. The Kung Pao is also delicious with some extra heat). As of this posting, June 2023, the restaurant offers takeout but no dining-in service (I hope this changes). The manager / owner is a very friendly and extremely hard-working person, as he is doing it all from taking orders to cooking up delicious meals. The time from your call to order until the pickup time tends to be longer than other restaurants, but the weight is well worth it for the food. This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the region and I recommend anybody who is addicted to delicious Chinese food as I am to give it a try. You won't regret it and you will have enough food for multiple meals.“

“I'm an old stick in the mud, so naturally I failed to appreciate the Irish music blaring from the sound system as it was St Patrick's day but I had kinda hoped to be able to hold a conversation without having to shout. I ended up just saying yeah and nodding a lot. The food was good, especially the fries, and our server was friendly. Maybe I would've enjoyed the atmosphere when I was younger, but not on this day.“

“Lakeway has always been a home town favorite for my family and I. Whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we all have our favorite “go to” dishes! You can clearly tell they care about their food quality because the majority of food is fresh and home made. Highly suggest the french toast for bfast on any choice of their homemade breads. Hands down the best italian wedding soup I have ever had. Zesty Bow Ties and Chicken Marsala are must haves as well! Growing up in Ashtabula, it’s always felt great supporting local family owned businesses. I hope you can do the same!“

“We had a huge party, but the one waitress and staff did such a great job. The large pizza was huge. I loved my Cobb salad with balsamic vinegrette. Right off 531 and a nice size parking lot. Very clean and wide open floor plan. Except for the area that, where they put our group. They have a half wall and the large table and bench wall seat, locked many into position. And everything handed to us over our heads to set the food on elevated wire racks. So if this bothers you request they arrange the tables in center area for a group. See photos. Restrooms are off to a wide side hall, away from all the hustle. There is a beautiful wall mural that greets you as you enter. A scene of the Ashtabula Maritime area and Lake Erie.
Parking: Easy to move around and clear view to enter or leave the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open floor so easy to move in the room. Wide hall to the bathroom.“

“Somehow I found myself at the figurative corner of Main Street and Desolate Hwy in middle America, Ohio. With a penchant for an authentic Chinese-American buffet experience, Panda Buffet did not disappoint. Before parking my keester on the sticky vinyl at a corner booth, I did an initial lap to stake out what exactly Panda Buffet was about. After the nod of approval to my partner, we asked to be seated. The first order of business was to wash our hands in the lime green painted bathrooms. The tap turned on but would never turn back off, skeptical, I exited the lavatory. It was at this moment, I noticed an employee sobbing in the storage area at the rear of the restaurant, that’s when I knew this was going to be the most authentic American-Chinese dining experience of my life. All in all, the selection of candied meats did not disappoint but it was their augmented cheese-stuffed crust pizza swimming in layers of pizza mozzarella that really knocked it out of the park for me. If I ever find myself in Ashtabula, Ohio again, I will most definitely be visiting this fine establishment.“

“This is by far my favorite restaurant in Ashtabula. Anytime that my husband or I stop in we are always treated kindly. The food is delicious and prepared the same way every time. Even in takeout containers the food is presented in an appetizing way and always arrives hot.“
