Me and my boyfriend always come here as an after work snack (11pm) and I swear the people are the sweetest! They’re always kind and quick to get the order out to us. It’s a shame they’re short staffed currently but they definitely don’t let it bring them down. Keep up the great work Wendy’s!!
Wendy's has positive vibes & good food. Their burgers aren't too greasy, have just the right preportions of ingrediants are ideal. They also have the best fries. Their staff at this branch are very kind & generous, known to help people in need & if they get your order wrong (they semi-often do), they give you extra food for the inconvenience. The wait for food isnt too bad & they have plenty of parking. This Wendys is 2nd to McDonalds in Ashtabula. I recommed eating lunch here.
Probably the best fast food place around. We stopped and 2 adults and a child and it was $22. McDonald's would cost at least $10 to feed same amount and it would be cold and tasteless.

Wendy's offers great tasting food, especially the burgers. The staff is friendly, and the interior is clean. However, some customers have experienced issues with the food not being warm enough. Despite this, it remains a favorite fast food spot for many, although some have had issues with the restaurant randomly closing and maintenance problems.
