New ownership has improved the food some but it is still nothing to write home about. The red Thai curry was too sweet and very watery and the shrimp was small, had no flavor and had the shell on the tails which is stupid thing to do in a dish covered in sauce . The eggplant dish was decent.The Tum Yum fried rice was the best thing we ordered and is pretty good.

Siam Thai offers a delightful dining experience with a variety of dishes. The Pad Thai was great with some decent spice to it, and the green curry was spectacular, with wonderfully soft eggplant and a delicious green bean stir fry. The crab Rangoon is highly recommended and always a hit. There are plenty of vegan options. The restaurant has a quiet and "chill" atmosphere, making it a great spot for a date or relaxing meal. The outdoor eating area is especially loved by guests. The staff is friendly and efficient, often providing quick service. The Pad Thai noodles with chicken and the Hawaiian chicken were both delicious. The pad see ew and sesame chicken were very good. Everything was flavorful and delicious and the spice levels were accurate.
