“Many times McDonald has a bad reputation. However, the morning staff is incredible on rt 43 is amazing. They go out of their way to greet me at the drive thru and have my order ready for me before I even tell them. Today I went through, forgot my wallet and the manager took care of it. Many times they are short staff and it can be difficult for them. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for doing everything they can to make sure the customer is taken care of.“

“My mom lives in the area and we sometimes visit the drive-thru for lunch. I’ve been taken aback, honestly, at the incredible customer service I’ve gotten at the window, and not just from one person. I thought it would be only weekdays but I visited this past Saturday, December 6 with my husband, telling him that the gentlemen at the window are so good, they should train others. Seriously! And what a delight - we were treated to the nicest and funniest and joyful person behind the order screen. Most people are not like this, so please - recognize these great employees. (I threw away my receipt but will keep it next time.)“

“This place is a hidden gem! We stopped here before our sons hockey game. Servers were on top of it. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and fries. One of the best wraps I've ever had. My husband got the brick house burger and he said it was very good. The toasted bun was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!“

“I enjoyed the French onion soup. It has delicious broth and lots of onions. The mustard sauce served with the soft pretzel sticks was delicious. I could eat that by itself. Overall, it was a nice place and made sense being located in Hudson.“

“Some of the best food I've ever had hands down. Fresh ingredients, and skillfully put together. Owner is also a great guy and really cares about what he's doing. I make it a point to stop here everytime I'm in the Cleveland area“
