“This should honestly be the poster child for McDonalds corporate to model all other locations after! Food is always fast, fresh, hot, service is great, and the food comes out looking like someone actually cared about presentation! Just an overall great McDonalds, owner/manager/staff should be proud!“

“*Update: Due to Pizza Hut’s response, I have increased the rating to 4-Stars.Not a fan of this location. Despite the convenient late hours and amazing deals they offer, that’s about the only time it’s worth it (except maybe if you’re not a huge fan of pizza sauce).Their pizza is almost sauceless here, which accounts for most of the rating. I then began selecting “extra sauce” when ordering, but end up with a very small amount - only a slight smear…which for me, I don’t think tastes good. Even when ordering it well-done, the pizza just seems like it’s maybe cooked to a regular-bake, in my opinion.All of my orders have been ready on time nevertheless! I do always try to take care of the workers, and have given this location half a dozen tries too, but still have the same experience. I’ve ordered from both the app, and the website as well, to be sure before reviewing.All-in-all, the hand tossed pizza is pretty mediocre taste-wise I would say…but the value is certainly worth it - but only when using a coupon. Staff is friendly, no complaints there.*HOWEVER* The pan pizza, which I’ve just tried for the first time (believe it or not), is pretty amazing! Or could’ve been, but I digress. Their boneless wings are also good, sometimes.“

“Decent Wendy's. The floor inside the restaurant was greasy or something, because it was kind of slippery. Not a huge deal, but kind of weird. Food was typical Wendy's food. Pretty good. Inside was also pretty cold, so we ate quickly and moved on. The order was filled accurately and quickly. I would eat here again if I were in the area.“

“Many times McDonald has a bad reputation. However, the morning staff is incredible on rt 43 is amazing. They go out of their way to greet me at the drive thru and have my order ready for me before I even tell them. Today I went through, forgot my wallet and the manager took care of it. Many times they are short staff and it can be difficult for them. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for doing everything they can to make sure the customer is taken care of.“

“I hesitated at first to even go in because the line was long, but I wasn't in a rush. Having three people working the counter made such a difference compared to other stores where there have been only two people. Line moved quickly.
I usually get a 6" veggie delight, and she made my sandwich as requested. If I said I wanted extra items, she did just that and didn't tell me it's more difficult to wrap up if there's too much. It's vegetables... One of the servers even broke/crushed some of the veggies, which probably made it easier to package, but I feel it also released more flavor. So I guess I made the right decision to go inside?“

“For being understaffed and in a stressful situation the staff is always SO nice. One time they closed early but were kind enough to make sure I still got my order. My food is always accurate, especially compared to other locations. They're working through some issues with staffing and other stuff but a little patience goes a long way.“

“The customer service at this location is above top-notch. The owner is a hands-on just like any other employee and you can tell that he has made to be in the food service/customer service field. All the employees work together to make sure the customers receive amazing fast service every time I travel through Ohio. I stopped at this location. I look forward to it every time.“
