“Shout out to NAY! Her and her co workers last night were amazing! I do door dash and pick up from here often. I picked up shortly before 11pm so I saw that they were already short staffed and packed with orders. I got a stacked order afterwards and knew it would a long wait because of being short staffed and the lobby now being closed. I hop in the drive thru and message my customers to make them aware I did have to wait for a looooooong time BUT there were only 2 workers and their line was crazy long. I know the two I picked up were pretty big. Pick them up and made sure to tell them I appreciated them and headed to drop off. As I was leaving the last customer I got another Taco Bell order and went through the same process. Guys listen, give them some grace! It is not the employees at store level’s fault for being understaffed, that is a corporate issue. They were doing what they could with what they had. Yea, I saw Nay get an attitude with some of the customers from time to time but the customer was being a jerk. Nay was keeping the line moving and the orders were all correct. Take a minute to think about what it would be like in their shoes. The orders just keep coming, there are only 2 people working, and corporate won’t let you close. Oh wait, if they close because of no staff then yall would complain too. If you don’t have time to wait and you think the food sucks or the staff are rude, then go to a different Taco Bell. Problem solved!“

“Today was my first time trying Bubbakoo's Burritos and it was amazing!! I tried the Nashville hot chicken burrito and a quesadilla. I can't wait to try everything else they have to offer. The restaurant was so clean, and the food was so fresh. The family they have working there is so nice, they truly care about their customers. I can't wait to go back!“

“NORTH OLMSTED LOCATION: So, I was on my way to church and decided to stop here to try something new. I got in line and was greeted right away by such a wonderful lady! I have very bad anxiety to begin with, and when you add in the social part, I get overwhelmed and shut down. I believe her name is Kali or Tally (I really hope she doesn't get mad if I got it wrong; my anxiety was high, so hopefully she'll forgive me). Anyway, she noticed almost instantly that I had social anxiety and was such a blessing! She was very comforting and helpful in assisting me with deciding what to get. “Small kitchen in the grocery that offers a menu of delicious. Like your grandma cooking for you, generous portions and many patrons coming and going. They have a few booths to eat at or you can take out. We had asada/beef tacos, chicken sopes, and tried her menudo soup. ?% satisfied. Really you should stop in and try the delicious foods offered!
