I’m thrilled to report that Chris and Nicki have beautifully carried the torch forward. The menu and recipes remain intact, and the pies are every bit as divine as ever. My go-tos are the Celeste, Burrata, and Picante Quattro Formaggi — each a masterpiece in its own right. But here’s a secret: the best pizza isn’t even on the menu. Do yourself a favor — grab a seat by the chef's table, order a drink, and ask him to surprise you with something special. Watching that wood-fired oven at work while your pizza takes shape is pure culinary theatre. I often joke that if I had to choose my last meal on earth, it would be at In Forno. Judging by the smiles and overheard conversations from other diners, I’m not the only one who feels that way. Chris and Nicki have done more than take over — they’ve honored what George and Elizabeth built, ensuring that every bite still tastes like tradition, passion, and perfection. “Main food was blan even after adding sirracha to it. Dont know why its so busy. Guess its just the newest thing around the hospital and area. I can just imagine all the peeps that go therebsaying how good this place is... but its not. Very mid. I will say the dessert my wife got was good and i would go back for that but probably wont. Juat a different version of chipotle wich is next door to it and inwishedbinwent there.“

“Today was my first time trying Bubbakoo's Burritos and it was amazing!! I tried the Nashville hot chicken burrito and a quesadilla. I can't wait to try everything else they have to offer. The restaurant was so clean, and the food was so fresh. The family they have working there is so nice, they truly care about their customers. I can't wait to go back!“

“We came in hoping for breakfast but the menu changed as we were standing in line. I had soup and sandwich and it was great I love the tomato soup My son had two half sandwiches, he could have probably eaten three or four half sandwiches, but he was okay. The kiosk menus were different than the menus behind the counter which when I got in line still had the breakfast menu so we didn't order from the kiosk and while we were waiting in line the menu then changed to match the kiosk and breakfast was closed.“

“I had the "sweet & spicy chicken" bowl. The spicy chicken and Gochujang sauce lived up to the name "spicy". It was very hot and actually too hot for me. I typically enjoy spicy food but this was too far for my preference. My face was tingling, sweat under my eyes and top of my head, and was told my face had splotches of red. I think the chicken was spicy enough and probably would have been fine but the Gochujang sauce was too much. 🌶🌶🌶🔥🥵“
