not sure what happened but we ordered that NY style pizza last night and my whole family ended up sick with in a few hours of eatting it. and we all got told it was food poisoning. this has never happened before when we have ordered regular pizzas but we spent over 50 dollers just to end up all sick definitely won't go back after this.
Terrible customer service. Orders are placed through a foreign call center and no one answers the local phone number. I placed an order for my office (30-40 minute delivery time). After an hour and 15 minutes I called to check the status and was informed that the order had been voided due to an incorrect address. So no one bothered to call us to reconfirm or ask for the correct address after THEY had entered it wrong! Then they proceed to tell me it will be another 40 minutes...read full review
