service is terrible, can't seem to get the order correct.
Just spend a hour to get two quarter pounders that was wrong 5 times just for the workers to criticize us and we asked for a receipt from the manager for her to give us a grill slip so we left with the wrong food no receipt and no names because noone including the manager had a name tag on we asked for names and they would not give them to us . We tried to call there and it says they don't expect phone calls really sad. Explains there ratings
I just sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes on the right hand lane. They took three customers to the left-hand lane never took my order. Tried to call the phone number to let them know that I’m out there and the phone number says cannot be dialed the worst ever.
