We had a fundraiser tonight at the Batavia location to benefit our high school Student Council. The employees couldn’t have been kinder to our students. They were courteous and professional and super nice to them. One of the employees bought ice cream sandwiches for our students from the Dairy Queen next door. They truly went above and beyond for us. We’ve done these fundraisers in the past and this is by far the BEST experience we have ever had. Wonderful employees!!
Stopped by today with my granddaughter for lunch. There was only one young lady working the front of the restaurant. She was assembling the orders and cashing them out. She did an amazing job and kept a steady pace to get everyone through the line. I was very impressed with her, but unfortunately I did not get her name. 5 stars for her!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant that offers delicious and well-cooked food. The service can be slow when busy, and the atmosphere may feel cramped at times. The Chipotlane allows for quick pick-up, which is convenient. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, as shown by their willingness to exchange a wrong order. Customers have noticed that sometimes there are shortages of items like sour cream, corn, and tomatoes, often due to staff not completing tasks properly. The restaurant can be crowded, and the space may feel dirty at times, with food sometimes being old and dried out in the containers. While the food is usually good, there have been moments when it was not fresh, and some customers have found hair in their meals. Despite these issues, the staff remains friendly and quick, which many customers appreciate, though the overall quality and cleanliness have been inconsistent recently. Customers also mention that the restaurant is good, fast, and yummy, with favorite proteins like sofritas. The variety of toppings for bowls or burritos always impresses, and the burritos are often rolled tightly and fully stuffed. The guacamole is highly recommended for bowls, burritos, or as a dip for chips. However, some experiences have included staff being on their phones or showing a lack of urgency, and at times, items like fajita vegetables are out or not properly prepared. Overall, many find the atmosphere friendly and the food enjoyable, but service and cleanliness can vary.
