The food is fresh and simply outstanding, with very high quality super delicious Japanese food. The restaurant serves delicious Age dashi tofu, Gyoza, and Negimaki, with tender beef, a perfectly grilled strip steak, and great sushi including vegetarian maki rolls. Fantastic options include the unagi kabayaki, Chirashizushi tokyo style, crab cakes, seafood noodles, and fried calamari made of huge pieces. While some dishes may lack flavor, overall, Shin Catering provides a great dining experience.
