After many years' experiences at Shuhei I have to say they are off their game. As a host of a party of six I was disappointed in lackluster service, mediocre sushi and uninspired ramen. It was early in a Friday service so I don't think the kitchen or sushi counter was slammed. I'm left just sad and looking elsewhere for my next fix
Been coming here for years - always a delicious treat. Age dashi tofu is the best in the city. Love the appetizers Gyoza and Negimaki - beef is tender and delicious. Always enjoy their sushi too. Service is always on point.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Shuhei. The ambiance was tranquil, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The service was top-notch, and we were impressed by the freshness of the food. My only critique would be that the fried rice was bland. I would've appreciated some additional flavor. Overall, it was a good experience and I look forward to returning.
