“Horrible Decorations Communications and awful Business practices
The bride was upset
Hello, my name is Malaki with fire and ice Wedding planning, My Couple Jody & Stephanie used them for their wedding. They did the initial consultation with them alone. And they Took notes for their inspiration at the time.
I contacted them about a month out to get the mock up design so I could doublecheck they had brought the right cake. They refused to give me a Mock up design ( Because they didn’t want anybody stealing their work, which I understand, but is not industry custom) They had really good reviews in my clients had already done the down payment. So we continued with their services.
The cake that showed up was not like What they talked about at all. It was all wrong, and I had no reference photos to be able to judge it. And tell them to take it back or fix it.
We called them and to tell them At the end of the wedding day that the cake was not done correctly and we wanted a partial refund and they refused saying they did it perfectly

“We bought cupcakes for our sons birthday two years in a row now! Just a heads up for everyone, we got blue icing on his large cupcake, it was all over his shirt. Blue stains. We rinsed it overnight in water then threw it in the wash, no more stain! Whatever food coloring they use is easily removed from the wash.“

“I just have to laugh… what is this?! Who trained these cake decorators?! 5 stars because it was just a kid working who decorated this but really??!! I’ll jazz it up when I get home but you can’t tell me they looked at this after decorating and thought “yup, that’s a winner” ??“

“We were greeted when we walked in. Worker interacted with my children & even gave them a stickers. We ordered & cookies were made up promptly. She showed them to me to make sure they looked okay. Fist bumped my kids & wished us well. Great customer service, great atmosphere, great cookies!“
