The Beavercreek location has been understaffed since the pandemic, and tonight it was chaos. They were overwhelmed, confused, and couldn't follow their processes. Took me 45 minutes to get my order (ordered on tha app, and app told me 23 minutes).
While I'm waiting, along with 7 others who had been waiting a long time, and I watch a woman who had walked in and ordered get her sandwich in 5 minutes (I asked her, just to be sure). The others waiting weren't happy either.

Hands down, I think DiBella's makes some of the best subs (both hot and cold) in the area. The amount of meat on the small subs is easily more than that on a Subway footlong (and MUCH better)! Management also seems to care about customers. When I recently wrote about an issue with being overcharged, I received a reply within an hour with an offer that MORE than compensated me for the difference. Keep it up!
