“I have always felt welcome at lily’s. Regardless of my gender, sexuality, relationship. They love all the people who walk in their doors. It’s a cozy, comfortable place to dine in at. The staff are phenomenal and quick to get you whatever you need. Would recommend going there 1000%. If there is a wait, it’s worth waiting for. “A lovely spot for an upscale dinner! Our waiter, Brendan, took the time to help our party choose our dinners. Sine we had a small party with one picky eater and one with dietary restrictions, that took time and effort on his part, and he was so lovely about it. The entres we each ordered were delicious! The desserts were heavenly! If you are in Dayton and looking for a fun time in a modern eatery, I hope you consider this gem.“

“Been here a couple times and almost everything has been excellent. The bar especially makes a delicious cocktail. I can personally recommend the Pan fried walleye and the pork jezebel. The beets are great too if you’re into that. Only thing on the menu I wouldn’t get again is the carbonara. I love this dish but it’s not easy to serve at a restaurant. Texture is off putting unless it’s made to order and served immediately. Overall very nice place. Also very busy for good reason.“

“I really wanted a chilli dog. And Skyline was only a few miles away. When I got there I was really surprised at a flyer on the door for floats. Not only did I get 2 chili cheese coneys but a root beer float besides. It was heavenly!! The service was great too!“

“Great food. Great service. Going on a busy night can lead to some issues. I was with a party of 9 and although most of the food came out great, a couple of people got lukewarm/cold dishes. I chalk it up to large group and busy night but still something they need to work on.“

“Just two weeks ago, I wrote a glowing review for The Chop House, and here I am again—because they’re just that good! When I asked my wife what she was hungry for, she immediately said, "The Chop House," and once again, they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the prime rib with burgundy mushrooms, served with real horseradish that reminded me of how my mom used to make it—simply perfection. The rice pilaf and Caesar salad were spot-on, with the salad served at just the right temperature. For dessert, we indulged in the Hershey chocolate cake with homemade ice cream and caramel syrup. Every bite was heavenly. Our waitress Brittany, was both professional and charming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, just as we’ve come to expect from The Chop House. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy an exceptional meal, this is it. “What a great experience, the whole place is exciting to walk into with their display of cheesecakes lined up in front of the bar. Nice soft music not too overwhelming. The unique benches were awesome in the booths! The food is awesome! Must try the tuna appetizer. They were out of mussels on the night I visited. Good prices, cool date night place GREAT beers

“First time going, definitely not the last time. Everything we had was delicious. It was like home cooking!!! Didn't have dessert, didn't have enough room for it. But the way everything tasted, I'm sure it would have been great too. A must go if you've never been.“

“If I could give more stars, I would this time. Matt was working drive thru on 8/28 at the moraine location and he was so sweet and patient with my kids (they're crazy). It's just refreshing to have someone nice and understanding for once!“

“I use to go to the Troy St location since I’m only a couple blocks away from that location , However the last several times I’ve went to that location they messed up my order. I’m not one to call & complain so I let it slide but after the last time messing up all 3 orders I said no more & started going to the Linden Ave location & so far my order hasn’t been messed up one time. When they forget the biscuits , get the chicken type wrong all the time that’s it for me . I can’t keep going back each week to get the order I wanted so we end up eating what we were given & on a couple occasions my husband didn’t get to eat because he can’t eat spicy foods & all the orders were spicy & shouldn’t have been. Single sides were put inside with meals instead of being on the side individually like I ordered them . I get the same 3 meals EVERY Wednesday . I may switch sides on 1 of them but thats it . When they forget the biscuits , get the chicken type wrong all the time that’s it for me . Since going to Linden Ave & having an automated thing take your order I haven’t had any problems what so ever & I was skeptical about ordering through that .“
