This Starbucks is always busy and pumps out drinks like machines, with one reviewer calling it the best Starbucks around. However, staffing issues cause a 30-minute line, as one worker does everything while another does prep. One drink was great, but another was not. Located in a Target, the barista is always kind and friendly, making the cups cute and bringing a smile before a sip.
